~Sharon lives with her mother, who is a peasant farmer.  Her father is a drunkard who abandoned the children. There are seven children in the family.

While at home, Sharon helps her mother in keeping animals and cooking. As part of her ministry at church, Sharon participates as a Sunday school teacher. She is in primary school, where her performance is below average. Skipping and netball are her favorite activities.
